Vision, design, create, evaluate, share, tell your story and grow your connections. Aroha in action!
The Sisters established in 2016 as a whānau-led business with a passion for integrated communications. Our foundations traverse a deep knowledge as descendents of navigators from afar; Sweden, Scotland, Spain, Hawaiki, and deeply woven connections to Aotearoa through whakapapa from Ngāti Marutuaahu, Ngāti Tamatērā, Ngāti Raukawa ki te tonga, Ngāti Kuia, Ngāti Koata, Ngāi Tahu, Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō, Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa, Ngāti Ngarongo, Ngāti Takihiku, Ngāti Rārua and Te Rarawa.
The strong foundations of whānau across time and space, have allowed for the collective strengths in the business to grow and diversify; continuously embracing new talents and broadening our horizons and possibilities to offer an all encompassing services for all of our clients.
From two siblings there is now a collective of highly skilled professionals covering a wide variety of disciplines, aligned with strategic and creative communication, storytelling, and marketing. We are here to serve the vision and story of our clients, whether it is a seed of an idea, a courageous new project or more generalist support.

It is always a pleasure to collaborate with you. I am really proud of the work that we did together and I thank you for taking me on the journey from vision to concept. I genuinely hope our paths cross professionally and personally before long.

We worked with Challen on a special project that was presented with a host of challenges and hurdles due to COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdowns. During this time, Challen remained optimistic and solution driven and helped us develop creative solutions to continue the project.
Alex Smith - Jim's Mowing Auckland
The Sisters Consultancy Ltd exceeded all expectations in formulating an innovative, whānau-centred and customised event in 2019. Challen was able to navigate the complexities of the sector and quickly identified a range of short-mid term outcomes for both the Service and our customers. Communication, business functionality, and relationship management were exceptional at every turn and twist made across this project. A uniquely wāhine Māori led company that embraces, fosters and simply creates and delivers signposts of change and pointers of success that are embued within a Te Ao Maori worldview".

"Challen" and “The Sisters” have bought a wonderful new dimension to our organisation and made us think about what we do and why. This has added great value to our communications!"
Dave Johnston, General Manager Te Rūnanga o Ngāti Kuia Trust
I have appreciated working with Challen Wilson in recent months in association with a national committee of a large not-for-profit organisation. Challen has volunteered her time generously, with a keen focus on working collaboratively to build a pathway for growing Te Ao Māori. She has demonstrated a keen mind, commitment to a jointly held vision, and hard work. Challen has provided respectful leadership in a manner that empowers learning and change.
